Age: It's never stated, but likely early to mid twenties! A sixteen year old describes him as "young" so take that as you will!
Height: I'm betting on average!
Weight: Also average!
Medical Info: He's perfectly healthy! SPOILERS... if I ever update him to a later point in Catching Fire, he was tortured and killed, but I probably won't be updating to that point ever.
Eyes: Green with flecks of gold! He always wears gold eye-liner!
Hair: Brown and short-ish
Physical traits: He's described as "normal looking" which is actually a compliment in this case! People from the Capitol tend to enhance their appearance in various elaborate ways, but Cinna chooses a more understated look. His clothing is also pretty simple compared to Capitol standards, but it's obviously very nice!
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Anything really! If canonmates that are updated past the point of Cinna related spoilers end up in Camp, I'll deal with those issues when it comes up! If your character would somehow know Cinna's not so happy future, I'd like to not have that mentioned to him until he's a bit more settled in Camp.
Abilities: He's an amazing designer and stylist! He's really a bit of a mad genius when it comes to fashion and designing and such!
Notes for the Psychics/Magically or Spiritually sensitive: His current designs and plans and such are likely always at the forefront of his mind. Also thoughts of Katniss, who he'll probably refer to a lot as "the girl on fire" and the revolution back home. He's also probably vaguely worried about his own future, though he's sort of resigned himself to the fact that it might not be that long.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Ask for the first two, but the latter are a-okay!
Hugging/kissing/other non-violent physical contact: Sure!
Maim/Murder/Death: I'd rather not, but might consider it! Definitely ask beforehand, please!
Cooking: I'm not sure people in the Capitol cook that much for themselves, so I'm guessing not very well, if at all.
